If you have a refer­ral from your GP or spe­cial­ist, you need to call the office on (08) 9386 9855 to make an appoint­ment. Please have your refer­ral let­ter and Medicare card handy.

What do I need to bring for an appointment?

All you need for an appoint­ment with Mr Sie­u­nar­ine is a valid refer­ral let­ter and your medicare card or DVA card. No mon­ey will be required as Mr Sie­u­nar­ine bulk bills all patients.

If you are hav­ing a doppler test you will need to bring your medicare card or DVA card.  Please view Doppler Tests for more infor­ma­tion on the func­tion and method of a doppler exer­cise test.
